I would just say that buying something that you already know you are going to upgrade later on is the surest way to lose money. Only you can decide what is best for you. The Studio is, I find much easier to learn for a beginner thanks to the screens and the extra controls but it is big and imho could have easily have been made 20% smaller as there is a lot of lost space on the face it. I have both so I will attempt to reply although this question is probably highly controversial.
